Umm... Well this is up there with the strangest things I have seen roofers do for sure. Sounds like he just wanted attention. I would never get someone tattooed on me, let alone a public figure. I wouldn't even get a name. He'll be regretting it in a few years.
Nowadays peoplewill get all sorts of things tattooedon their body. Personally, I'm not into the whole body mutilationthing. To each their own, though, if that's what he wants to do, then he has the right.
The tattoo actually looks pretty cool. The artist did a nice job with it. I have a few tattoosmyself, but I would never get a person's face done up on my body. Just my preference, I guess.
